He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Wilson Muse; his parents, Clyde Muse and Pauline Brooks Muse; his siblings, Gary Franklin Muse, Ernest Ralph Muse and Mary Magdalene Daugherty; and his son-in-law Kenneth Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Muse (Chris Montgomery), Tammy Meadows, Fiance', Anthony Wilkes, Justin Keith Muse (Denise), Cindy Crabtree (James) and Adam Dewayne Muse (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Michaela Muse (Roger Wilson), Wayne Miracle (Kendra), Justin Crabtree (Kelsey), Autumn Crabtree and Taylor Wooliver; his great grandchildren, Haleigh Bunch, Lauren Bunch, Braxton Miracle and Tate Miracle; and his siblings, Martha Norris, Ed Muse and Randy Muse. He is also survived by Several Nephews, Nieces, Cousins.
