He is survived by: his wife Karen Gregory Pack; his daughters, Rhonda Pack Sharp (Gary) and Robyn Pack Griffith; his grandchildren, Alexis Shuford, Hailie Griffith, Madison Miller (Matt), Dallas Griffith, Brynn Griffith and Daley Griffith; his great grandchild Emersyn Miller; his brothers, Jimmy Pack and Jeff Pack; and his stepmother Tina Pack.
