He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth; his parents, Harvey Ingram and Lenora Ingram; and his wife Betty Weller. He is survived by: his son David of Northampton, MA; and his stepson Keith Sharp (Jeremy Brazeau) of Lafollette, TN.
