He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lively and Virginia Lively (Croson); and his brother Ted Lively. He is survived by: his wife Judy Leach Lively; his daughters, Windy Robbins (Dennis) and Nikki Lively-Becker (Scott); his granddaughter Ashlinn Grace Robbins; his brother Tom Lively (Sherry); and his brother-in-law Ted Leach (Kay).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to New Horizon Baptist Church in recognition of Jim's commitment to ensuring others would come to know Jesus as their Savior, just as he did.
