He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arlie Phillips (Doc); his son Jamie Lee Phillips; his granddaughter Marilyn Breanna Bullock; his mother-in-law Reba Dean Byrge; his nephew Michael Berry; his wife Judy Phillips; his daughters, Tina Phillips and Arlene Bullock; his grandson Jacob Bullock; his son-in-law Adam Bullock; his mother Veltina Phillips; and his siblings, Don Phillips, Kenny Phillips, Pearl Ward, Mary Berry (Danny), Anita Gibson, Rebecca Ward (Matthew) and Belinda Marlow (Junior). He was also cherished by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
