She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Polson; her son Jackie Lynn Polson (Glenna) of LaFollette; her brother Eddie Day (Tammy) of Jacksboro; her grandson Cody Polson; her great grandchildren, Bently, Hayden and Jax; and her close friend Floetta Byrge.
