She is survived by: her daughters, Noreen Cooper and Mona Horn (Rick); her grandchildren, Craig Cooper, Chad Cooper, Jeremy Horn, Krista Horn and Amanda Horn; her great grandchildren, Ashley Poe, Lacey Miller, Emily Kline, Kelly McIntosh, Zachary Horn, Riley Horn, Claire Smith, Bailey Cooper, Katie Cooper and Ellie Cooper; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Casebolt, Delores Casebolt, Jewel Branham and Mary Casebolt.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Judes Children Hospital.
