He is survived by: his wife Deborah Weaver Hicks; his sons, Joshua Hicks of LaFollette and Michael Hicks (April) of LaFollette; and his sisters, Pam Keathley of LaFollette, Dawn Maddox and Freda Bowling of LaFollette. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
