He was predeceased by: his brothers, David, Bobby, Charles and Harry Van Petree. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Petree; his children, Charlene Turner, Charles Cummings, Jackie Petree, Wendi Raines and Tony Petree; and his siblings, Rosalee Draker, Jewel Clark, Nancy Smith, Karen Douglas and Paul Petree. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 2 Great-Grandchildren.
