She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Riggs and Virgie Riggs (Reese); her husband William T. Phillips; her sons, Randall Phillips and Daniel Phillips; and her sisters, Alma Riggs, Louola Snyder, Margaret Shown and Uretha Matlock.
She is survived by: her children, Kendell Phillips (Susie) of LaFollette, Wendell Phillips of LaFollette, Mandell Phillips of LaFollette, Mendell Phillips (Julia) of LaFollette, Ronald Phillips of LaFollette and Marilyn Williams (David). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
