She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Alton Emry Millican; her daughter Tonya Doraine Millican; her parents, Albert Mullinax and Willie Davis Mullinax; and her brother George L. Mullinax.
She is survived by: her son David (Pam Millican); her grandchildren, Donovan Millican, Lacey Richardson (Brent) and Katelyn (Taylor Chadwell); and her great grandchildren, Izaiah, Noah, Mason, Caleb, Amelia Richardson and Caroline Chadwell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
