He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Goins and Cleda Goins; and his sister Janet Overton (Boyd). He is survived by: his son Larry Goins (Cathy); his girlfriend Debbie Sweat; his great grandchild Jaydin Goins; his stepgrandchildren, Ella, Logan and Parker; and his nephews, Doug and Kevin Overton. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
