He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Phillips and Mary Oniel Phillips; his wife Rita Faye Phillips; and his brothers, Robert Krumweide and John Krumweide.
He is survived by: his children, Sam Phillips (Deborah) of Jacksboro, Larry Phillips (Darlene) of Jacksboro and Kim Boshears of LaFollette; and his siblings, Larry Krumweide, Jimmy Krumweide, Jeff Krumweide, Tim Krumweide, Lynn Phillips, Valerie Richardson, Pat Liberati, Linda Myers, Robin Gnizak, Marian Celebrezze and Janice Rutherford. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
