He is survived by: his son Derek McCullah (Amy); his grandchildren, Abby Bennett (Hunter), Bradley Fowler and Bryce Fowler; his great grandchild MacIntyre Bennett; his sister Deloris "Peep" Allen; his niece Peggy Brown (Lewis); and his great-niece Alesha Jo Allen Williams (Ryan).
