He was predeceased by: his parents, George Campbell and Evelyn Campbell of Stinking Creek; his son Jeffery Campbell; his great grandchild Liam Webb; and his siblings, Floyd, Jerry Campbell and Wanda Lou Ridenour.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Campbell of LaFollette; his children, Sandra (Darrell Baird), Connie (Roland Ayers) and Stephen Campbell (Janet Day); and his siblings, Ulys Campbell, Clevis (Rhonda), George Jr. (Judy Campbell), Bertha Mae (Hansford Bolton), Carolyn (Curtis Ridenour), Darlene Branam, Diane (Lynn White) and Sherry (Lester Bolton). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
