He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans Smith; his daughter Robyn Smith Haney (Jack Haney) of Oak Ridge; his sister Wanda Licklider (Paul) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Reese, Jake, Will and Hayes; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Licklider, Kevin Licklider, Josh Goins, Jeremy Goins, Zach Daugherty, Ty Daugherty, Christy Hernandez, Shana Baird and Callie Daugherty. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
