J., Grayson and Bekett; and his siblings, Roger Smiddy, Willie Smiddy (Melissa) of LaFollette, David Smiddy (Tammy) of LaFollette, Teddy Smiddy (Alta) of LaFollette and Judy Bridges (Steve) of Athens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
