She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Rutherford; her son Steve Rutherford; her parents, James Gillette and Dora Lowe Gillette; and her siblings, James, Roger Gillette, Rosie Bryant and Lucretia Hill.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Rutherford, Marvin (Cathy Rutherford) and Jason (Heather Rutherford); her sister Ann Wilson; her grandchildren, Tanner Rutherford, Nolan Rutherford, Zach Rutherford, Brenna Rutherford, Brady Rutherford, Chesney Rutherford, Grace Webb, Peyton Webb, Nikita Siddell, Dustin Siddell, Amber Kipley and Ed Kipley; and her great grandchildren, Cayden Kipley, Logan Kipley, Keagan Kipley, Aubrey Douglas and Grant Douglas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and special friends.
