He is survived by: his wife Michelle Allen Rutherford; his children, Shane Rutherford (Kathleen), Brandy Rutherford (Jerry) and Michele Hembree (Micheal); his brother James Rutherford (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Ruby, Wyatt, Seth, Harley, Zada, Zoey, Hunter and Kenton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
