He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Mae Heatherly Chapman; his parents, John Harley and Sue Goins Chapman; and his brothers, Marvin and Roy Chapman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Naomi Robbins, Ruth Lower, Faye Wimberly, Geraldine Bourff (C.), Darlene Rains, Anna Rains, Joyce Ayers, Charlotte Miller, Marie Morris (Don), Everett Chapman (Margaret) and Silas Chapman (Linda). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to a cause dear to David's heart, the Campbell County Cancer Association, P.O. Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
