It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Perotti of Lafollette, Tennessee, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Francis Spearing; and his brother Gary R. Perotti. He is survived by: his wife Kayan M. Perotti; his children, Danielle Perotti, Daniel Scott Perotti, Jr., Lexie Perotti and Colby Perotti (Tara); his grandchildren, Hayden and Bentley Perotti; his father Robert John Perotti (Norma); his siblings, David J. Perotti (Kathy) and Christine M. Monicchio (Chrissy); his stepdaughter Tina M. Phillips (Tim); his stepgrandchildren, Isaac and Lainey Phillips; his stepdaughter Lori J. Campbell (Eric); his stepgranddaughter Kyrstan Campbell; and his close friends, Tim Smiddy, Brian Ford, Robbie Hunter, Stanley Slover and Joey Stone. He is also survived by four nieces.
