She is survived by: her husband Jerry Watkins; her sister Deborah Yamauchi; her nieces and nephews, Michael, Justin, Cory, Kristen, Rachel and Sarah; her mother-in-law Jerry; her siblings-in-law, April Cisneros, Jacob and Sam Watkins; her close friend Mary Martinez; and her friend Church. She is also survived by several Great-Nephews and Great-Nieces; Father-in-law.

The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Dalia's honor to assist with final expenses.
