She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Edward Cook and Mary Jean Seel Cook; her husband Ralph Riggs; and her siblings, Stephen Cook and Janet Gross.
She is survived by: her children, David Kyle Riggs of LaFollette and Bunny Russell of LaFollette; her sister Joyce Crockett (Mark) of LaFollette; her grandchildren, Tiffany Cook, Derek Cook, Amber Allen and Rachel Riggs; and her great grandchildren, Parker Cook, Harper McNeeley and Oliver Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
