She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel "Sob" Kitts and Julia Ada Kitts; and her brother-in-law Hillard Thornbury. She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Kitts (Lovada) and Carolyn Sue Thornbury; her nieces and nephews, Sheila Ross (Norm), Bryan Thornbury (Connie), Selena Pierce, Allison Poston and Hubert Kitts (Nicole); and her aunt Evelene Botkin.
