He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Claiborne and Edith Brown Claiborne; and his siblings, Bill Claiborne and Mona Darlene Claiborne. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Evans Claiborne; his daughters, Darlene Stittums and Robin Myers (Ray); his grandchildren, Darla Nelson (Chad), Derrick Stittums, Ray Curtis Myers, Jr. and Madison Myers; his great grandchildren, Justin, Johnathon, Jalah, Keegan and Hannah; and his sister Judy Leach.
