It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Leach of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tom C. Leach; her parents, Henry Gleason Seiber and Jessie Davis Seiber Gibson; and her brothers, J. L. Seiber and Glen Seiber.
She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Leach and Deborah K. Leach Tindell; and her grandchildren, Michael D. Leach, Brian Leach (Renee) and Elissa Cox (Jason). She is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
