She was predeceased by: her father Charles Middleton. She is survived by: her grandchild Mavryk; her children, Carissa Johnson (Mark), Scott Overbay, II (Kayla) and Joshua Overbay; her mother Carol Middleton; her brother James Middleton (Laura); and her nieces and nephews, Ryan and Lily Middleton. She is also survived by Several cousins, other relatives and friends.
