He was predeceased by: his parents, Asbel Adkins, Sr. and Jane Lewis Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Adkins of Jacksboro; his children, Jonathan Bolton of Jacksboro, Megan Swafford (Justin) of LaFollette, Hannah Adkins of Georgia and Shanna Adkins of Indiana; his grandchildren, Michael, Gabriel, William, Taylor, Katie, Tessa, Kira and Dillion; and his sisters, Wilma Nelson of LaFollette, Donna Zemlick of Fortville, Julie Walden of Jacksboro and Judy Moss of Cheyenne Wyoming.
