She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernal Summers and Alice Summers (Cooper); her husband Glenn Ayers; her son David Glenn Ayers; and her brother Vernal Harrison Summers.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Ayers (Stephanie) of Vonore and Anthony Ayers of Johnson City; and her sisters, Jean Chadwell of Jacksboro, Carmelita McGhee of Ohio and Mary Lynn Black of Ohio. She is also survived by 2 half-brothers; 6 half-sisters; and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
