She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Clark; her parents, Baxter Donoho and Christene Blankenship Donoho; her sister Juanita Dunham; and her stepson-in-law Lee Hogin.
She is survived by: her sons, Zachary Blankenship and Seth (Brittany Blankenship); her stepchildren, Nikki Hogin of Lafayette, Ginger Finn (Matt) of Cookeville and Ben Clark; her sister Jackie; her brother-in-law Ricky Meador; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Emma, Macy, River, Spencer, Olivia, Jack, Noah of Wyatt, J. P., Kameran, Kaytie and Ellie. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
