He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilson of Washington and Juanita Louise Kemp Wilson; and his sisters, Dorine Dotson, Helen Denney, Corena Lee and Betty Jean Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Clara Nell Thomas Wilson; his daughter Tameshia Gann (Donnie); his grandsons, Dylan Gann (Erica), Logan Gann (Kennedy) and Dustin Gann; and his great grandchildren, Conner Gann, Archer Gann, Declan Gann and Aynsley Hurst.
