He was predeceased by: his wife Janie Carol Kirby Buckingham; and his parents, Walter L. Karnes, Sr. and Louise Agnes Birchett Buckingham. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Wheat (Chad) and Connie Walker (Steven); and his grandchildren, Sean Wheat, Austin Wheat and Taylor Walker Davis (Timothy Jr.).
