He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Omer Bandy and Mamie Bonnell Doss Bandy; and his siblings, Mary Shaw, Emmer Chitwood and Harold Bandy.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie White Bandy; his son Steven Bandy; and his sister June Garnett Shirley Dozier. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Extended Family.
