He is survived by: his wife Cindy Boyd Whitley; his daughters, Chelsey Whitley of Lafayette and Taylor Whitley of Lafayette; his mother Louise Whitley; his siblings, Melinda (Mark White) and Troy Whitley; his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Judy Boyd of Lafayette; his brother-in-law Michael Boyd of Lafayette; and his great-niece Lucy Boyd. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
