He is survived by: his wife Jackie Akins Burdett of Lafayette; his children, Peyton Deasy of Franklin, KY, Abigale Burdett of Lafayette and Earl Thomas Burdett of Lafayette; and his siblings, Greg Coley of Westmoreland, Lloyd Burdett of Arizona, Rita Warden of Georgia, Bobbie Lewis (Robert) of Lafayette, Rhonda Burdett of West Virginia and Shonda Burdett of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
