He was predeceased by: his parents, Buel Sevier Hale and Nannie Izel Key Hale; and his brothers, Eddie Hale and Terry Hale. He is survived by: his wife Bettye Driver Hale; his daughter Stacey Sutton (Scotty); his grandson Avery Wayne Sutton; his sister Lena Blackwell (James); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Ramsey (Jerry) and Norman Cole A. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
