She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo West and Dorothy Chandler West. She is survived by: her close friend Frank Nardick; her son David of Lafayette; her daughter-in-law Mchelle Phillips of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Terrance Adams of Gordonsville and Jeremy Phillips (Chloe Kramer) of Lafayette; her great grandchildren, Eli Adams, Isaiah Adams, Christian Adams and Josiah Adams; and her nieces, Tina Sullivan of Cookeville and Carol Gonzales of Indiana.
