He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Evon Goad; his children, Eddie Goad, Debbie Jo Terhune, Jeff Emmert and Greg Emmert; his brother Charles Goad; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Goad, Willard Phillips and Doug Gregory.
He is survived by: his children, Shane Goad (Kristy), Natalie Turner (Larry) and Tabatha Harp (Chris); his children-in-law, Penny Goad and Tom Terhune; his grandchildren, Amber Love, Janet Goad, Lindsey Goad, Matt and Emily Emmert, Deven and Jennifer Harp, Riley and Ryan Crumb, Traci Patterson, Dalton Patterson, Dallas Johnson, John Crabtree and Amanda and Ryan Etter; his siblings, Leland Goad (Hazel), Ray Goad (Peggy), Jimmy Goad, Barbary Gregory and Carmolene Phillips; his sister-in-law Christine Goad; and his close friends, Linda Cropper and Chevelle Johnson. He is also survived by ten Great-Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
