He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Marion Patterson and Mary Irene Barton Patterson; and his siblings, Harold Clayborne Patterson and Joyce Gale Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Josephine "Jo" Patterson; and his children, Becky Payne, Ronald Patterson (Mary Ann Plummer) and Cody Patterson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A masonic service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lafayette Lodge #543 (600 Mag A Mor Dr, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Union Missionary Baptist Church.
