She is survived by: her husband Elder JB Shoulders; her sons, Mickey Shoulders and Rick (Beverly Shoulders); her grandchildren, Josh and Brooke Shoulders; her great grandchild Remi Gray Shoulders; and her sisters, Linda (Joe Pharis) of Lafayette and Sandy Willoughby of Lafayette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
