He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Winton Mangrum and Hudy Lee Dockery. He is survived by: his wife Sue Wilburn Mangrum; his son Marty Mangrum (Lane Mickey Mangrum); his stepdaughter Kellie Scruggs; his grandchildren, Holly Russell (Doug), Ward Allen and Jennifer Allen Hartson; and his sister Helen Parrish. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
