He was predeceased by: his daughter Randi Lea Dillehay; and his brother Billy Dillehay. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Moss Dillehay; his children, Sarah Jenkins (Billy), Katherine Watson (Chad) and Jared Dillehay (Natasha); his brothers, Terry Dillehay (Lindy), Jackie Dillehay (Connie) and Timmy Dillehay (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Devon Dillehay, Cameron Houston, Layne Jenkins, Audrey Jenkins, Mallory Jenkins, Elsie Jenkins, Tripp Dillehay, Samson Watson, Myles Dillehay, Beau Watson, Leo Watson and Tennyssee James Watson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home & Memorial Park - Lafayette (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at the Smith County Memorial Gardens (622 College Ave E, Carthage, TN 37030).
