He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Knight and Iva Jones Knight; his siblings, Louise Hire, Dorothy Law and Aaron Knight; his siblings-in-law, Randall Barton and Becky Goad; and his nephew Nicky Goad.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Barton Knight; his sisters, Sammie Moore, JoNell Fisher, Clara Knight and Carolyn Morgan (Ronnie); his brother-in-law Jimmy Goad; his niece Beth Copas (Chris); his nephew Randy Goad (Hayley); and his great-nephews, Raylan Goad and Blake Butcher.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home & Memorial Park - Lafayette (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at the Anderson & Son Memorial Park (997 Hwy 52 E, Lafayette, TN 37083).
