With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rachel Thurman of Lafayette, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on November 14, 2024 at the age of 59, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Williams and Eva Nell Johnson Williams; her husband Rodger Thurman; and her daughter Teisha Thurman. She is survived by: her daughters, Tasha Barrientos (Alfonso) of Gallatin and Maranda Garcia-Martinez (Junior) of Nashville; her siblings, Randy Kemp (Nikki) of Castalian Springs, Danny Williams (Teresa) of Hartsville and Beverly McCreary (Mike) of Castalian Springs; her grandchildren, Cody Colter (Allison), Brian Colter (Chloe), Justin Colter, Adriana Vielma, Liliana Vielma, Fabian Vielma, Josue Vielma, Sofia Perdomo and Xavier Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Colter, Oakland Colter, Christopher Colter, Emma Colter and Angel Vielma.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Gallatin (100 Albert Gallatin Ave, Gallatin, TN 37066). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with expenses.
