Promise Russell is survived by: husband Randall Smith; children, Dustin (Melissa Key), Dillion (Chelsea Smith), Cari Key of Russell Hill and Brooke (Joey Spencer); siblings, Phillina Champion (Johnny) of Alabama, Prezele Russell of Alabama, Paul Russell, Jr. of Hartsville, Patrick Russell (Marcie) and Phillip (Tina Russell); father-in-law Ronald Smith of Russell Hill; and brother-in-law Chris (Angela Smith). Promise Russell is also survived by 7 Grandsons & 3 Granddaughters.
