He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Amos; his brother Ersley Amos; his brother-in-law Harold Coots; his mother-in-law Pamela Ann Ewert; and his grandparents, Herman, Ethel Amos, Norman and Willie Stites.
He is survived by: his mother Paula Stites Amos of Morgantown, KY; his wife Cassandra Amos of Lafayette, TN; his children, Cailey Lowhorn (Mark Prost) of Lafayette, TN, Jordan Tyler Amos of Lafayette, TN, Paige Hammond (Zack) of Lafayette, TN, Melody Zabel (Logan Whittemore) of Lafayette, TN, Justin Vance Amos of Greenville, KY, Riley Zabel of Lafayette, TN, Jaxsen Amos of Greenville, KY and Sophia Amos of Lafayette, TN; his sisters, Sherri De-Ann Shain (Anthony) of Morgantown, KY and Kay Coots of Morgantown, KY; his grandchildren, Graysen Hammond of Lafayette, TN, Freya Lowhorn of Lafayette, TN and Reagan Whittemore of Lafayette, TN; his aunts, Judy Hinton of Ohio and Janice Patrick of Leitchfield, KY; his father-in-law Glen D. Ewert of Wichita, Kansas; his sisters-in-law, Nicole Winter (Justin) of Wichita, Candil McKellip (Shawn) of Wichita and Jeanie Bishop Amos of Morgantown, KY; and his grandparents, Donald and Geraldine Ewert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
