He is survived by: his wife Brenda Filson; his children, Tina Carey, Tim Case (Kellye) and Sherry Smith (Jackie); his grandchildren, Cory Case (Stacie Russel Carey), Savannah Kaylee Case and Kara Case; his great grandchildren, Tyson Case, Brylee Case, Korbin and Porter Case; his niece Anette Jones (Joel); and his great-nieces, Tiara Jones and Taylor Jones.
