She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mooneyhan, and Sadie Marie Rigney Mooneyhan, Jr.; her husband Billy Joe Cook; and her brother William Jeffrey Mooneyhan. She is survived by: her children, Joe Patrick Cook, Jr. of Lafayette, TN, Brenda Cook Petty (Joshua) of Gallatin, TN and Joanna Brawner of Lafayette, TN; her stepchildren, Joseph Cook (Angela) and Crystal Gross of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Kenneth Moneyhan (Laura) of Portland, TN, Paul Ray Mooneyhan (Margie) of Hendersonville, TN, Sandra Graves (William) of Westmoreland, TN and Brenda McDaniel (Wade) of Westmoreland, TN; her sister-in-law Linda Mooneyhan of Portland, TN; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Dillon, Austin, Dustin, Kayla, Ryan, Bailey, Richard and Peyton. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
