She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Frelin Ramey; her parents, Carl F. Wilburn and Elizabeth C. Patterson Wilburn; and her siblings, Joe K. Wilburn and Carleen Wilburn Graham.

She is survived by: her son Kenneth Ramey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Moranda Ramey and Jared Ramey; and her sisters, Sue Sells Mangrum, Kathy Shrum and Gail York.
