She is survived by: her husband David Swindle; her daughter Kimberly of Lafayette; her son-in-law Sam Hale of Lafayette; her sons, Patrick (Amy Swindle) and Isaac (Chelsea Swindle); her grandchildren, Elijah Hale, Noah Hale, Olivia Hale, Alexandria Swindle, Cassandra Swindle, Cyrus Swindle, Rosalie Swindle and Cannon Swindle; and her sister Karen Salyer of Lafayette.
The family request memorials be made to Old Union School in Bowling Green, KY.
